1. How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?
On working days, we will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry.
2. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a factory specializing in the production of axial flow fans. We have our own international trade department and we produce and sell our own products.
3. What products can you provide?
We mainly produce small and medium-sized AC, DC, EC axial flow fans, cooling fans, and fan accessories.
4. What are the main application areas of your products?
Our products cover almost the entire applicable fields of manufacturing and machinery manufacturing and processing industries. Any equipment that requires a cooling system requires fans. Our products are mainly used in welding machines, transformer cabinets, CNC machine tools, and other industries.
5. Can you make customized products?
Yes, we mainly make customized products. We develop and produce products based on the drawings or samples provided by customers.
6. Do you produce standard parts?
Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have many regular style fans. For example, 12038, 15050, 20060 models.
7. What is your company’s production capacity?
We have 3 semi-automatic installation lines, 2 semi-automatic parts assembly lines, and 8 fully-automatic robot injection molding machines, which can produce more than 240,000 pieces of various types of fans every month.
8. How many employees does your company have, and how many are technicians among them?
The company currently has more than 50 employees, including 5 professional technicians and 3 engineers.
9. How does your company ensure product quality?
We will conduct corresponding inspections after each process. For the final products, we will conduct full inspections according to customer requirements and international standards.
10. What are the payment methods?
When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, whether it is FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance and then pay the balance upon receipt of the bill of lading. Our payment method is mostly T/T, of course L/C is also acceptable.
